A warm hello to everyone reading this blog post!
I would like to introduce you to a new English Speaking activity of mine which helps to:
1. Practise types of relations;
2. Practise types of personalities;
3. Practise Present Simple.
Task. Read the first sentence and complete the second one to prove your attitude.
LET'S START!
1. Michael's elder brother is a couch potato. What I like/dislike about him is that ...
2. David's nephew is a whiz kid. What I like/dislike about him is that ...
3. Julia's younger sister is a busybody. What I like/dislike about her is that ...
4. Ryan's niece is a black sheep. What I like/dislike about her is that ...
5. Collin's acquaintance is a high-flyer. What I like/dislike about him is that ...
6. Tim's brother-in-law is a go-getter. What I like/dislike about him is that ...
7. Edward's half cousin is a bad egg. What I like/dislike about him is that ...
Possible answer to sentence 1:
What I like about him is that he reads a lot staying at home all day. What I don't like about him is that he is lazy when it comes to earning money.
